1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, setting out the parties' rights, obligations and liability when purchasing goods at the www.dazaikirpejams.lt online store (the “Store”).
By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms, and that their personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer, having selected the goods, formed the basket and provided delivery and payment details, clicks the “Place order” button. The agreement remains in force until both parties have fully performed their obligations.
After placing an order the Buyer receives an email confirmation containing the order number and a summary.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices in the Store are quoted in euros (€) and are final — Lithuanian VAT (21 %) is included where applicable. The delivery fee is shown separately in the basket before order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer based on a pro-forma invoice sent by email
- Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Paysera
- Online banking via Paysera (Paysera LT, UAB, code 300060819)
Order processing begins once payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods, lead times and prices are described on the Delivery and Returns page. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery is currently available only within the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.228⁵ and 6.228¹⁰).
To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision by an unambiguous statement sent by email to info@dazaikirpejams.lt or by using the model withdrawal form below.
Returned goods must be undamaged, retain their commercial appearance (labels and protective films intact), be unused and in the original packaging. Direct return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except where the goods were defective.
The refund will be transferred to the Buyer's account within 14 days of the Seller receiving the withdrawal notice, but no earlier than the goods are returned to the Seller.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 6.228¹⁰(2) of the Lithuanian Civil Code and the Retail Trade Rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Cosmetic and hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery (cardboard packaging opened, protective film or membrane removed) — for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- Goods made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- Goods which after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
7. Model withdrawal form

8. Quality and Warranty
All goods sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the quality requirements set out in Lithuanian law. In the case of defective goods, the Buyer has the right to a replacement of equivalent quality or a refund within 14 days of submitting the claim.
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damage arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer, or from improper use of the goods or use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions. Professional cosmetics are intended for use by qualified specialists.
10. Force Majeure
The parties are released from their obligations where performance becomes impossible due to force majeure circumstances within the meaning of Art. 6.212 of the Lithuanian Civil Code (state of war, emergency situations, decisions of public authorities, infrastructure failures, etc.).
11. Personal Data
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.
12. Intellectual Property
All Store content (texts, product descriptions, photographs, logos, design) belongs to the Seller or is used with appropriate authorisation. Copying, distribution or commercial use of the content without the Seller's written consent is prohibited.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the Lithuanian court of jurisdiction at the Seller's registered address.
Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect from the date of publication in the Store and apply to all orders placed thereafter.
